I have been reading kryon website (www.kryon.com) since the year 1995. A new post is added to this website every month. And in every post, the human entity bringing in this channeled information, Mr Lee Carroll speaks of earth changes taking place on the planet.
What is astonishing to the human mind, bombarded from all over with negative news, is the single message repeatede every month, that is hard to believe. The changes taking place are for the better, and that there is new energy arriving on earth that is going to alter the way we see life and the way we live life.
I will be sharing some more views of Kryon that resonate with me. Today, I am sharing here one topic as discussed in the Kryon channel that is very sweet for me, it is the concept of OLD SOUL.
Those of you who are old souls are connected to others who are old souls. Did you know that? The connection is esoteric and not physical. It's your esoteric family. Listen, there are many old souls in places that are not pristine, and that are not fresh at all. Think of those in the Middle East on either side of the situation. They sit upon land that is always ripe with trouble. They live on layer after layer of horror. As far down as they dig, they find other cities that were conquered and taken with great sorrow and death. What chance do they have when they go into a meditative state? How can they get to a place of even neutrality of consciousness? How can they begin to create a peaceful countenance that comes with a pristine energy? The answer? I'll tell you for the first time: The Field is harmonizing them together.

They can go into a meditative state and have an alliance with what is in your area because you are there holding it. They can feel the absolute beauty, freshness and virginity of the land. The connection with Gaia that is in these places can be used by them, and they're not even there! The reason is because those who are in those places are transmitting it to them without even knowing it. This is part of what the old soul does that is new and very esoteric. So if you live in one of these places anywhere on the planet, and are aware of these things, you are being what I call a lighthouse - a transmitter for what you have that they don't have but desperately need. This is important for you to know. In troubled places all over the planet, they are being helped because you live in one of these areas and are holding this energy for them".

I have enjoyed reading books, mostly in non-fiction category since the age of 15. There were times when I needed a book for reading before going to sleep, everyday. Because the thirst for more knowledge was insatiable, there was some deep sense of emptiness that I knew needed to be filled. And there was also a sense of knowing that any outer fulfillment is not going to satisfy the feeling of emptiness.
For many years, I kept searching for more books. At times I could find new books and at times there were none that could satisfy my hunger for reading.
But I came across some books and my search for more books stopped. I came across some books that just blew my mind apart. I had to read them again and again in order to make sense. The content of the books was so outrageous, so vast and so beyond human understanding that I liked them, even if I could not understand all the points, I felt like reading the book again and again.
Because the book - Communion with God by author Neale Donald Walsch was such a Masterpiece for me; it almost changed my entire view of life.Till date I have read this book at least 10 times and keep reading it little at a time, just to remind myself that Life as I knew before is Only an Illusion.
I will reproduce here a paragraph from the book in order for the reader to taste the truth contained in this book.
"Nothing makes Masters unhappy.
In the early days of your primitive culture, most humans were not in this place of mastery. Their only desire was too limited for them to understand that pain did not have to produce un-happiness, and so their life strategy was built around what later came to be described as The Pleasure Principle. They moved away from what deprived them of pleasure (or caused pain).
Thus, The First illusion, the idea that Need Exists, was born. It was what could be called the first mistake.
Need does not exist. It is a fiction. In reality, you need nothing to be happy. happiness is a state of mind."

Reaction & Response

Suddenly , a cockroach flew from somewhere and sat on a lady. She started screaming out of fear.
With panic stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.
Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group got cranky to what was happening. The lady finally managed to push the cockroach to another lady in the group.                                                   Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama. The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.
In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter. The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behavior of the cockroach on his shirt. When he was confident enough, he grabbed and threw it out with his fingers.

This incident taught me a great lesson -The women reacted , whereas the waiter responded. Most of our actions are Reactions and very seldom our actions are Response.
We should not react in life , we should always respond.
Reactions are instinctive, given to us by society. Whereas response is always our choice!!!

I have been giving Reiki Sessions to my friends, clients since 21 years. And during these sessions, there is one phenomena which has caught my attention. It is EMOTIONAL BLINDNESS. I believe many of us suffer from Emotional Blindness to some extent.
Emotional Blindness is turning a blind eye ( avoiding, neglecting, running away) to our emotions. I have seen in some people this has become their habit, this has become their second nature. There are many reasons for this trait. One of the main reasons is our up bringing, we have been taught by our parents, society et al since childhood that to cry is unmanly. We have been taught NOT to cry, not to express emotions of weakness. And the result of this upbringing is suppression of feelings.
Another bigger reason of Emotional blindness is Our Mind. We try to analyse the emotion, instead of living the emotion. Analysis of our emotions will lead us no where. Mind can create a dummy solution to feelings of pain. This should be avoided.
This often leads to addiction, increased, unnecessary mental activity, diseases and many more complexities. Also, persons with this syndrome exhibit a crooked behaviour. They have good intentions, but will go out of way , to the extent of being crooked, to achieve their goals.
This syndrome is deadlier than a disease and gives rise to many diseases like epilepsy, depression, paralysis etc. The pattern gets embedded in the psyche and slowly it becomes part of the DNA.
To heal this pattern, it is necessary to have the awareness that One is suffering from Emotional blindness. It can be easily healed. All that is required is to admit it, accept it and then let the emotion run its course by not opposing it. People generally oppose the negative emotions by reasoning, judgements or analysis. Emotions, to be healed, need to be experienced. If denied, they gain strength and have a hidden power over our psyche.

Do I have a choice?

In recent past few days, I have witnessed mass hysteria and mass euphoria in my country, India. Our Prime Minister announced a very tumultuos decision of  abolishing Rs 500 Rs 1000 notes all of a sudden, this caught all by surprise. All those people who have some undeclared income in form of hard cash are furious with the government. Whereas there is a large section of the public who are hailing this decision of the government as historic and notwithstanding some troubles a common man will face for a few weeks, this section of the population is pleased with the announcement for some reason.

Similarly, the same day this announcement was made in India on evening of 8th November, United States was voting for the Next President. When the results for 45th Presidential elections were announced on 9th November in the United States, there has been a big fury of anger and resentment in some section of the population in USA who view the President Elect Mr Donald Trump as not worthy of President's Office.

Throughout the three days I have witnessed heated debates in India between people who support the demonetisation move on one hand and those who oppose the move on other hand. I am seeing a similar feeling of anger, and resentment prevailing in USA citizens.

I have been pondering whether a common man like myself has any choice in this matter? I am a citizen of India, my life is going to be affected by the government's announcement to a large extent. In the short run, there will be many adjustments and compromised that I will have to make. In the long run, may be there will be some beneficial effects also of the governments move. But the central question that has been going on in my mind is whether I have any choice in this matter ?

Yes, I have a choice in above situation or for that matter in any other situation.  And I believe that I do have a choice. The situation is offering me new opportunities to look again at my life and to find out exactly what are the choices. After some contemplation I find that contrary to popular belief, the situation is providing me with  MORE choices than I had ever had before. All the big denomination notes will be of no value for at least a couple of days, also, the money in my bank account is of no use as Banks have long queues and ATMs are out of cash.

I started looking (paying close attention) to my default response to the above situation: My inner dialogue was something like this -  I am finished, I am devastated, I am less if i do have cash in my purse. I realised that this is not my reality. The default dialogue kept repeating to me that something relly big and bad has happened. I could see that all my life I put lot of value, in fact more and exaggerated value to Money. And I found that my happiness does not depend on MONEY alone.
In found that It (the defualt dialogue) is NOT my choice. My life goes on whether I have money in the wallet or not. I realised the futile, endless chatter of my mind which was not appropriate with my conscious choices. I choose to give more of myself to the life. I choose to welcome LIFE without any conditions. I choose to enjoy whatever Life is presenting in this moment.

Do not Look outside ; It is only a Mirror

Mind will always tell you that you are a  victim of either this or that. However, this is not the reality. We have two doors on the inside, one takes us inside and the other one takes us outside. If  We go on listening to the Mind, We can not enter inside.  I have been watching people and myself to see why We go on repeating same mistakes, listening to the mind again and again knowing it will not lead to peace and joy.

What I find from observing myself and people is that the voice of Mind is loud and that of heart is shrill. The Mind speaks on the inside in words and the heart speaks in feelings.

God Said:

To pull down Heaven to Earth, all you have to do is to pull up the shade that blocks it. Your own thoughts block Heaven. You own thoughts block your vision. That you need to revise your thinking is an understatement. Revise your thoughts? Throw them out. Keep only love. Keep love intact and free-flowing, and you will be intact and love will flow freely.
In every situation, administer love. Let love be your gavel. Let love be your clarion call. Enough of denouncement. Announce love. Pronounce love as I have pronounced it. Cease looking for reasons not to know love.
You who are hesitant to give love have hoarded it in some out-of-the- way place, or you threw it in the trash. Carry love with you. Hold it out in front of you so that you may see it. Concern yourself with the love you give. Mind your own business of love.
Cease looking to others to provide you with sense of well-being, and then you will no longer castigate others. Let all be aright with you, and then the world will spin with joy. You have been spinning the world all along, only you left out the joy. You perhaps thought that condemnation was better, or else why would you have emphasized it? Now you know to broadcast love. Now you know to air it. Now you know that love is yours to give. Now you know to cast love high. Cast it to the Highest Heaven, and it will land on Earth. Love will fall on you like a fine rain or like morning dew on the grass, and it will be as if the dew rises from you.

How Emotions Affect Our Health By Author Gregg Braden

In each moment of every day, a conversation is taking place inside us that’s one of the most vital we will ever find ourselves engaged in. It’s the silent, often subconscious, and never-ending conversation of emotion-based signals between the heart and the brain. The reason this conversation is so important is that the quality of the emotional signal the heart sends to the brain determines what kind of chemicals are released into our bodies. When we feel what we would typically call negative emotions (for instance, anger, hate, jealousy, and rage), the heart sends a signal to the brain that mirrors our feelings. Such emotions are irregular and chaotic, and this is precisely what the signals they send to the brain look like.
If you can envision a chart of the ups and downs for the stock market on a wild and volatile day, you’ll have an idea of the kind of signals we create in our hearts in times of such emotions. The human body interprets this kind of signal as stress, and sets into motion mechanisms to help us respond appropriately.

Changing Heart Rhythms
Figure 4.1. A comparison of the signals between the heart and the brain in two extremes of emotion: the “negative” emotion of frustration and the “positive” emotion of appreciation. Source: The Institute of HeartMath.
The stress from negative emotions increases the levels of cortisol and adrenaline in our bloodstreams, hormones that are often called stress hormones, which prepare us for a quick and powerful reaction to whatever is causing us stress. That reaction includes redirecting the blood supply from the organs deep within our bodies to the places where it’s most needed in such times: the muscles, limbs, and extremities that we use to either confront the source of our stress or run as fast as we can to get away from it—our instinctive fight-or-flight response.
For our distant ancestors, this response would save them from an angry bear that had camped out in their cave, for example. When they felt that the threat was gone, their emotions shifted and the elevated levels of the stress hormones returned to the normal levels of everyday life. The key here is that the stress response is designed to be temporary and brief. When it kicks in, we infuse our bodies with the chemistry needed to respond quickly and powerfully to the threat. It’s all about survival. The good news is that when such high levels of stress chemicals are present, we can become superhumans. We’ve all heard stories of a 98-pound woman successfully tilting a full-size automobile off the ground long enough to save her child pinned beneath—and doing so without first considering if such a feat was even possible.

The Fight or Flight Response

In such cases, the fight-or-flight response is activated on behalf of the child, who would have died without intervention. In these instances, the extra-human strength of the mother is attributed to the surge of stress hormones pouring into the body from her feelings of do or die—feelings that originate in the heart. The flip side of the good news is that while the benefits can be helpful during a short period of time, the stress that triggers the surge effectively shuts down the release of other chemicals that support important functions in our bodies. The release of vital chemicals that support functions of growth, immunity, and anti-aging is dramatically reduced during times of fight or flight. In other words, the body can be in only one mode or the other: fight/flight modeor healing/growth mode.1 Clearly, we were never meant to live day in and day out with constant stress as a way of life. Yet this is precisely the situation that many of us find ourselves experiencing today.
In our modern world of information overload, speed dating, multiple consecutive double cappuccinos, and the often-heard sense that life is “speeding up,” it’s inevitable that our bodies can feel that we’re in a constant state of never-ending stress. People who cannot find a release from this kind of stress find themselves in sustained fight-or-flight mode, with all of the consequences that come with the territory. A quick look around an office or a classroom, or even a glance at our family members over Sunday dinner, confirms what the data suggests. It’s not surprising to find that people with the greatest levels of sustained stress are also in the poorest health.
The rise in U.S. statistics for stress-related conditions, including heart disease and stroke, eating disorders, immune deficiencies, and some cancers, is less of a surprise when we take into account the relentless stress that many people experience in their daily lives. The good news is that the same mechanism that creates and sustains our stress responses, often on a subconscious level, can also be regulated to help us relieve the stress in a healthy way—even when the world is in chaos. And we can do so quickly and intentionally.
Just the way our hearts send our brains the signals of chaos when we feel negative emotions, positive emotions send another kind of signal to our brains that is more regular, more rhythmic, and orderly. In the presence of positive emotions, such as appreciation, gratitude, compassion, and caring, the brain releases a very different kind of chemistry into the body. When we feel a sense of well-being, the level of stress hormones in our bodies decreases, while the life-affirming chemistry of a powerful immune system with anti-aging properties increases. The shift between the stress response and a feeling of well-being can happen quickly.
Studies documented by the Institute of HeartMath (IHM), a pioneering research organization based in Boulder Creek, California, have shown that cortisol levels can decrease as much as 23 percent, and levels of DHEA, a life-affirming precursor to other vital hormones in the body, can increase 100 percent if we spend as little as three minutes using focused techniques designed to produce such responses.2 The reason why I’m describing these phenomena is because the techniques that are found to have such benefits upon our health are the same ones that create the resilience in our hearts. This is the key to personal resilience in life. The quality of our emotions determines the instructions our hearts send to our brains.

Since childhood I have been fascinated about the mechanism called MIND.

It is said that Mind is like a faithful servant if used well and It is also a Devil if allowed to become a Master.

For years my reality was that I was lost in the maze of thoughts. I knew by my experience that Mind is a thought creating machine. All the waking hours it goes on creating all kind of thoughts. Researches show that on an average We are visited by thousands of thoughts every day.

It was in June 1991 that I attended a Meditation camp organised by Osho lovers at Nasik. Two hours spent at this Meditation camp at Someshwar temple premises gave me an insight that has helped me throughout my life.It was kundalini meditation and I learnt that traffic of thoughts had slowed down during meditation and I was feeling better.

I was drawn to Osho meditation camps and attended many such camps over next five years in Devlali, Nasik, Saputara and Pune. Osho has always said that mind is a disease and NO Mind is a blessing. It took me many years to understand this.
I learnt that thoughts are simply thoughts. Some thoughts We do not remember. Some thoughts keep lingering on. Some thoughts We oppose and some We propose.

In the words of Gloria Wendroff, author of website www.heavenletters.org -
"Thoughts occupy you. Thoughts leave you. Thoughts fly out the window, and thoughts fly in and do not stay, or thoughts won't leave.
If thoughts are electrical charges, thoughts may blink on and off. It seems that all of your life you are pursued by thoughts, that thoughts are your life, and thoughts are ongoing and unstoppable.
You may lose a thought that was like a jewel in your hand while your mind keeps popping up with other thoughts. Some thoughts you welcome. Some thoughts, you do not welcome."

This spell did not last long. I learnt to slow down the flow of thoughts, but some thoughts haunted me. I was like a slave to some thoughts, no matter how hard I tried, I always lost. The thought I thought was dreadul would not go away. I did not want to hold to this thought, I wanted to change my reality, to move on, to forget this one. But it did not work.
Then, in the year 1996, I came across a book - "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch. There I read right from the source (God) - "What you resist, persists."Wow, I had made biggest discovery of my life again. I had learnt to let go of the thought by a reverse process, that is " Not to resist". Even if a thought seems horrible, dreadful or dangerous, DO NOT RESIST. Because what we give attention to comes alive.
The secret I learnt was; If you oppose a thought, it will not go away.
The trick I learnt is to ALLOW. Allow the dreadful thought.

Your world would not be in its present condition were you to have simply listened to your experience. The result of your not listening to your experience is that you keep re-living it, over and over again.
For My purpose will not be thwarted, nor My will be ignored.

You will get the message. Sooner or later. I will not force you to, however.
I will never coerce you. For I have given you a free will—the power to do as you choose—and I will never take that away from you, ever.
And so I will continue sending you the same messages over and over again, throughout the millennia and to whatever corner of the universe you occupy.
Endlessly will I send you My messages, until you have received them and held them close, calling them your own.
My messages will come in a hundred forms, at a thousand moments, across a million years.

You cannot miss them if you truly listen. You cannot ignore them once truly heard.
Thus will our communication begin in earnest.

For in the past you have only talked to Me, praying to Me, interceding with Me, beseeching Me.
Yet now can I talk back to you, even as I am doing here.

मन कचरा है~

For years together I identified with my mind (with thoughts, memories and feelings), until one day when I read the article by Osho reproduced below.
After reading the article, an awakening has taken place that I am different, I am not the mind.
This awakening has become deeper and deeper that Mind is a part of me and I am something more.

Energy of Love

Fear and love, hatred and compassion both pairs are extremely powerful energy producers.
They  can set off alarms, crash your computers; they can soften your heart; they can affect your chemistry; and they can do it from across the room or across the planet.
Have you ever sat in a room where somebody was angry and you knew it and felt it? May you left the room.
Similarly you can send love and energy of the place will change. And you will feel like being more in that room!

A peak in future

A peak in future - Inventions are going to give you as much water as you will ever need!
The salt in your oceans will easily be removed!
Energy (electricity) will be far easier to obtain and it will be produced in abundance!
Population growth won't be an issue, since higher consciousness will create the wisdom of knowing when and if to have children!
You will someday look back and say " We were foolish. We didn't know this!"

When depressed, be depressed.
Simply be depressed.
Don′t get depressed
about your depression.
Don′t fight it, don′t create
any diversion, don′t force it to go.
Just allow it to happen;
it will go by itself..!!
Ego is surrounded with depression,
with anxiety, with anguish,
with all kinds of sick ideas.
Depression needs a non-accepting mind!
“This is not good, that is not good;
this should not be, that should not be;
this must not be like this.
“Everything is denied, rejected —
not accepted.. “No” is basic.
Even happiness will be
rejected by such a mind....
Such a mind will find something
to reject in happiness also.
You are depressed, so remain
with it.Wait and watch.
You cannot be depressed for long
because in this world nothing is permanent.
This world is a fluxJust watch,
remain with it and don’t do anything.
This is how transformation
happens through non-doing.
This is what is meant by “effortless effort.”
Feel depression, taste it deeply, live it!
Then suddenly you will feel
it has disappeared because the man
who can accept even depression
cannot be depressed...!!
A man, a mind,
who can accept even depression
cannot remain depressed..!*

FEELINGS ; The Key to closing the gap

The next time you are with someone, try to gauge what they are
feeling. Don’t just listen to their words, look deep inside to see if you can get a handle on what they are feeling. Read between the lines. Look past the words. Practice what I call Active Listening.
This is a form of listening in which you tune into the communication of the Soul rather than of the Mind of the person before you. Feelings are the language of the soul. This is not a language that it is impossible for you to understand. In fact, just the opposite. You can often understand a person’s feelings a lot faster than you can understand their words.
Think of how many times you have listened to a person who is
distraught or frightened or very sad or deeply disappointed. Often, their words come out in jumbles, and make no sense at all. You may even have caught yourself saying, “You’re not even making sense.” You might even have used this as a defense during some verbal exchange.
A person who listens to words rather than feelings often will throw
another’s words back in their face, reciting perfectly what they’ve just said word-for-word in order to show them that they are making no sense at all.Right about then is when the other person will say, “Can you hear anything at all about how I am FEELING?”
Neale Donald Walsch in E-book " Holy Experience"

Around 20 years back I came across an extraordinary book - Conversations with God By Neale Donald Walsch. I read it non-stop and have read it many times since then. The most extraordinary thing contained in the book is the theme of the book viz We are creators of our reality as opposed to victims, as I thought before reading the book.

It has taken me more than 20 years to live the book and to internalize the wisdom contained in the book.

Author Neale says that We are always creating our life and there is no God as thought by many of us who decides about matters of my life sitting in the sky.

Life is a process. Every act is an act of self definition. In every situation , be small or big, I am deciding Who I am .

To see for yourself, how this works, consider this. Throughout our life, You are giving answers by your actions ( this is the process ) to questions like :
Do you think you are a person of patience, compassion? Do you think you are a person who easily becomes impatient, and then snaps at others?
Do you think you are a warm and humorous and loving person?

Do you think you are who you were yesterday, or who you choose to
be right now? Do you think you are a product of your ideas, or of the ideas of
others? Do you think you are doomed to repeat old behaviors, or designed to
create new ones?

Who do you think you are?

Are you a person who becomes annoyed easily, or are you easy-going?
Are you a person who laughs easily and lustily, or who grins quietly and
holds most of the joy in? Are you a person of quick generosity, who does not
think twice about giving away money, allowing the use of your possessions,
and extending your home and your time and your love to others, or are you a
person who is a bit more circumspect, a bit more cautious, in these matters?

Most people allow the experiences of their life (past) to decide who they are. But if We choose what We want to choose and come from this space of choice in our life, then every act becomes an act of self definition.
